THEATER ADMISSION / EXIT

On-Time Screenings

DMZ Docs have on time screening policy.
You can enter 10 minutes before the screening starts.
* Admission is restricted from 10 minutes after the screening starts.

* For Shorts, audiences can only enter after the first screening is ended.

SEAT OPEERATION

Please sit in your designated seat.
Kindly avoid changing seats and re-entry during the screening

* Reservation seat is not guaranteed after the screening starts.

TICKET

All audiences must have a mobile ticket to enter the theater.

  • You can enter with a mobile ticket when making an online reservation. (Unable to enter with captured image.)
  • You must exchange your ticket voucher and badge for a ticket before entering the theater.

RATINGS

DMZ Docs complies with movie ratings.

  • Children under 4(born after 2021), even if with adult guardians, are not admitted to the theater.
  • Teenagers under the age of 19(including high school students) are not allowed to watch movies with a ‘R-rated films’ regardless of whether they are accompanied by a guardian or not.
  • You must bring your ID card when you watch ‘R-rated films’.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES PROHIBITED

For a better screening condition, only non-alcoholic drinks in lidded containers is allowed to bring into the theater.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING PROHIBITED

Please refrain from bringing in cameras or/and other recording devices.
Taking photographs and/or video recordings are strictly prohibited after the screening starts.

OTHERS

To ensure everyone's comfort during the movie, we ask that you turn off your mobile phone and smart watch.

PARKING

CGV GOYANG BAEKSEOK Please use the CGV parking lot located on floors 3 to 5 above ground.


Enjoy 3 hours of free parking by validating your ticket at the theater building's parking kiosk when you buy a same-day movie ticket.
Get up to 5 hours off your parking fee when you watch 2 or more movies.
Discount available for surface parking only.
After the initial 3 hours, an additional charge of 1,500 won per 30 minutes will apply.
MEGABOX BAEKSEOK BELLA CITTA Please use Magabox parking at BELLA CITTA mall (B2F to B4F), near GOYANG TERMINAL in YOJIN Y CITY.


Before entering the theater, please ensure to register your vehicle number in the parking registry.
Free parking for up to 10 hours upon entry (when purchasing film festival tickets)

Note:
For late-night screenings, please finish parking registration before the last screening starts.
Valid vehicle number required for registration.
Exceeding 10 hours incurs 500 won per 10 minutes.
