Important Notes
The 16th DMZ International Documentary Film Festival primarily uses online ticketing and mobile tickets for admission.
- You can purchase up to 4 tickets per person per movie (both online and on-site).
- On-site ticketing is available up to 10 minutes after the start of the screening.
- Due to changes in the Information and Communications Network Act, proxy ticket collection using personal information (e.g., phone numbers, ID) is not allowed.
- Tickets are issued individually as mobile tickets (QR code).
- For online ticketing, it is recommended to use Chrome.
- Online tickets are issued as mobile tickets, but paper tickets can be issued if necessary.
- Captured images cannot be used as tickets.
- Reissuing of tickets due to personal reasons (e.g., loss, damage, misunderstanding of screening time) is not allowed.

- Tickets issued via exchange coupon or badge cannot be exchanged or canceled.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and institution.
- If a refund is announced due to festival circumstances, refunds can be processed at the on-site ticket booth during the festival period. (Must bring the ticket and payment card)
- Refunds due to personal reasons (e.g., loss, damage, misunderstanding of screening time, late arrival) are not allowed.
