KIM Heegap is a composer who released the first composition collection titled 「Love, My Love」 in 1967. KIM also composed Memory of the Sea by Key Boys, I Did Not Know by IM Heesuk, White Magnolia by YANG Heeeun, Passion by Hyeeunyee, Song of Ivory by SONG Changsik, Ta-Ta-Ta by KIM Gukhwan, Maze of Love by CHOI Jinhee, and 「Nostalgia」 by LEE Dongwon and PARK Insu. He also composed soundtrack of Empress Myeongseong that spread Korean musical globally.

The "38-Second Documentary Contest: Capturing Suwon in a Documentary" is a collaborative initiative between Suwon Special City and the DMZ International Documentary Film Festival. This unique contest aims to make documentary creation more accessible and promote the genre to a wider audience.
Documentaries submitted to the “38 Second Documentary Contest” captured stories of oneself and others in various ways, and the award winners have been selected in consideration of diversity in contents and formats. Since it is a “documentary” contest, it mainly reviewed entries with cinematic vibes by considering the internal review criteria and intention of the contest.
The award-winning works were distinctive with aesthetic attempts in their approach and expression of the subject. They also expressed approach to others splendidly by borrowing a documentary format. The award-winning works featured a neat direction within a short time of 38 seconds, which showed their deep thoughts on the intention of the contest.
A lot of people are familiar with a video format called “short-form video,” and the contest caught a glimpse of ideas put into a short time of 38 seconds.
