Synopsis
Ri Ki-yong was a member of Korea Artista Proleta Federacio who was one of the leading writers to emerge from the proletarian literature camp. Later, Ri defected to North Korea, where he went on to play a pivotal literary role. His short story “Rat Fire” refers to the traditional fire game played during the first full moon of the year. All footage was taken in several villages during full moon celebrations.
