Synopsis
The news of the upcoming demolition of the US military base in Uijungbu unsettles Park Insun, a “comfort woman” who has been living in the adjacent shanty town for over 40 years. One cold winter night, she witnesses the death of a former colleague, and attends her funeral. She is spotted by the Messengers of Death in search of wandering spirits.
