Director`s Face Exhibition of Korean Competition

To boost the Korean documentary industry, expand the audience, and support documentary creators, the DMZ International Documentary Film Festival holds a photography exhibition for the Korean directors selected in the Korean Competition section. The documentary photographer, Kim Heung-ku, took the photos of 6 Korean documentary directors at the Peace Nuri Park, Paju Imjingak Pavilion, to look back upon the meaning of DMZ Docs.

Youth 38-Seconds Documentary Contest ¡®Take Care of My Cat¡¯

The ¡®Youth 38-Seconds Documentary Contest¡¯, co-hosted by Goyang City and the DMZ International Documentary Film Festival, was designed to arouse interest in documentary creation and popularize documentaries.
The theme of this contest, which was held for teenagers across the country, was 'filming the daily life of your companion animal in 38 seconds¡¯ and became a venue to express your interest and affection for companion animals through documentary video.
During the 14th DMZ International Documentary Film Festival, the winning films will be screened, and the awards ceremony will be held.

DMZ Docs x Louis-Lumiere The Sound Documentary International Summer Program Works Exhibition

The DMZ International Documentary Film Festival, together with the French Embassy in Korea, recruited and selected young domestic documentary experts and aspirants to participate in the 'Sound Documentary International Summer Program' of the Ecole National superieure Louis-Lumiere. We introduce various experimental works in the genre of 'Radio Documentary' produced by young participants selected from Korea and other countries around the world. The work will be available for free hearing with subtitles on OTT VoDA, the only documentary specializing in October. Coming Soon!
