The film about the Eugene Bell Foundation's medical volunteer group who have visited North Korea for over 20 years. The Eugene Bell Foundation, along with the volunteers, heads for North Korea, carrying large quantities of drugs and medical supplies. The volunteers in the heart of caring for sick people in underdeveloped areas create bonds with the tuberculosis patients as well as medical staff in North Korea.​
