Noise and silence co-exist next to the thermal power plant. A soaring power tower makes noises and abandoned buildings remain quiet. Some old people live in this place of stark contrast. They lost the sea they used to fish, and became ill like twisted crops. They take pictures of blackened leaves and collect them. However, nobody listens to them. ​
