Synopsis

After war they eventually, they choose stay back home (china mainland) interviewed five soldiers who have personal expertise in the Second World War, and their family members’ paraphrases, this film draws attention to the concept of home and motherland.

Going Home (2013) According to the cinematographic working with Dalian Lianning Shadow play group's national tour. I made a confidence relationship with Lee Deren. During one month live with them. I deeply recognized that the traditional culture like shadow play is one part of our life and village is the beat resource of it. With the modernize become more and more stronger, people prefer to enjoy their modern life in big city and that made these shadow players have to find another way to maintain their heritage. And unfortunately, the result is not really good.
