Synopsis

The police rushes in a hotel room. The director and his colleague argue with them in a tense mood. For 20 minutes, a cop says the director is not answering his two questions and the director says he doesn¡¯t know why he must answer them. The questions and answers in a fixed frame remind you of human rights, and it¡¯s enough to show what the authority for watch and control is. A hidden camera catches such sights as several policemen wanders, calls, and checks his passport. Even in a state where something is about to happen, the director calmly and firmly sticks to his rights and insistence. So the police¡¯s words and behaviors seem to have authority and lose that at the same time. This film is the director¡¯s comments and resistance ¡°for¡± democracy in the middle of a hot summer¡¯s night. (OH Jung-hun)
