is a short documentary following the journey of returned mail pieces that are undeliverable-asaddressed. The documentary starts out as recycling process of waste letter paper going through baling, sorting, shredding, washing and drying. Then it recreates the journey before and during recycle into new paper. Letters are collected from mailboxes and sorted into destination postal stations such as Szczecin and Pozna. What about the letters addressed to unknown recipients such as ¡®good people¡¯ or ¡®dear parents¡¯? They are all end up in Undeliverable Letters Department of the Post Office in Koluszki, where those letters are to be cross-checked if deliverable or not. Among them include heart-warming letters like ¡®dear God in heaven¡¯ letter saying a little girl would never be lonely any more as long as she knows ¡®His¡¯ whereabouts. In Poland, there are over millions of undeliverable letters each year. Their journeys lead us to reflect on true meaning and history of small things that we have neglected and ponder about the value of communication. (HWANG Hei-Rim)
