The Skin I’m In is about the director Broderick Fox himself - son/Eagle Scout/valedictorian/ professor/filmmaker/club kid/drag queen/sex worker/alcoholic, his brush with death, and his search for self and spirit through the transformative ritual of tattooing. Fox’s journey, spanning Germany, Canada, Japan, Kenya, and the United States, invites all of us to actively explore the world and continue to challenge ourselves rather than simply accepting the status quo.
