Doo-yeol has cut himself off from the world after discovering he is infected with HIV/AIDS, but slowly starts to change when he meets activist Gabriel who also has AIDS. The friendship of these two men with totally different attitudes toward life gradually transforms what seemed to be impossible, into something possible.
