Rwanda, 15 years after the genocide that took away the lives of more than 800.000 people. What's the current situation in the country? What feelings prevail in the hearts of the victims? Can victims and killers live together? What is the importance of education in a society that has endured a genocide? Can a Film Festival make a difference? Will genocide ever happen again in Rwanda? Who should act to prevent genocide from happening? Do we, as individuals, have any responsibility?
