Synopsis
Naked Finnish men sit in the sauna and speak straight from their heart. In the warmth from rusty stoves these men cleanse themselves both physically and mentally. takes us on a sauna tour of Finland where touching reflections about love, death, birth and friendship are shared in sincere whispers. With simplicity and exceptional intimacy, the filmmakers capture vast Finnish landscapesand the naked souls of these vulnerable storytellers, creating a poetic portrayal of Finnish men.

Joonas Berghäll
Joonas Berghäll was born in 1977 in Kemi. He has studied film producing (2000 – 2005) at the Tampere University of Applied Sciences, School of Art and Media. He has been involved in filmmaking since 1998. Today he is a film director, producer and owner of the Oktober Production Company. Mika Hotakainen was born in1977 and has graduated as a fiction director in 2004 from Helsinki polytechnic university, Stadia. Mika has been working in television and film industry since 1998. He has directed a long documentary films called and , and also short fiction . He is part owner of Oktober Production Company.
