Synopsis

Antonio Tenorio is a B1: he¡¯s totally blind, and he carries on his judo kimono the red circle that proves it. The documentary follows this professional judo player , one of the few in the world who competes in both the Paralympic and regular championships, as he prepares to compete for a fourth Paralympic gold medal in Beijing.FilmedinBrazil,FranceandChina, narrates an international journey from the point of view of a blind judoka, discovering the man behind the high‐performance athlete and cinematographically investigating his sensibilities.

    Felipe Braga, born in 1979 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is a graduate in History from PUCScreenwriter trained at New York University, And a script writer for the series Mandrake, produced in 2005 and 2007 by HBO Latin America–nominated for an Emmy International in 2006 and 2008 –, he has also penned the script for Cabeça a Prêmio, afilm directed by Marco Riccain 2008. B1 is his directorial debut. B1 (2009)​

    Eduardo Hunter Moura, born in 1977 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, started publishing short stories during his study of Social Communications. After graduating, he worked for 6 years as assistant director on TV commercials, TV series and feature films in Brazil. Holder of amaster's degree in Film Making from the London Film School, between 2006 and 2009 he directed the shortfiction films , , , , , , and , and in 2007 he co‐directed the DVD of the music show Deodato Live in Rio. is his first feature film as director. B1-Tenorio em Pequim(2009)​
